Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after your purchase is placed. Once your order has been dispatched, it is considered in transit to your delivery address.

During busy periods, holidays, or high order volume, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

The estimated delivery time depends on your location and begins once your order has been dispatched by the carrier.

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 7–14 business days

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 10–20 business days

  • 🌍 Rest of the World: 15–30 business days

Please note that during peak seasons and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control. International orders may also experience customs delays which can increase delivery times.

Order Changes & Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or order cancellation.

Delayed Deliveries

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, zephrELLE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us at contact@zephrelle.com and we will do our best to assist you.

We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim if necessary.
