Cancellation Policy

Any order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, orders may already be in processing and we may not be able to accommodate modifications or cancellations. Approved cancellations within the 24-hour window will be refunded within 7 business days.

We want you to shop with confidence at zephrELLE. If you are not satisfied with your order after trying the product for at least 14 days, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery.

Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We carefully package all orders to help prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives physically broken or defective. Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product itself is not considered product damage.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Send all damage claims to contact@zephrelle.com. If approved, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for products damaged through normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage after delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, zephrELLE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
